Analog PDX

Analog PDX is a new 7-story residential building with a mix of 134 micro, studio, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. Located within the Lloyd District in North Portland near the Broadway Bridge and Rose Quarter, the site is close to many transit options and sits along a vibrant bike corridor.

The incredible views of downtown and surrounding neighborhood attractions will be visible from the residential units and rooftop deck. Building amenities also include a central, open courtyard, resident lobby, gym, and shared laundry facilities on every other floor. Underground parking will be provided within a 28-stall car stacker.

The building is unified by its façade approach. The massing is characterized by a fractured ribbon of panels and window types deployed in manner that creates visual interest and identifies the building from all frontages. The concept is carried through the ground floor plan as a series of interior spaces that unfold and respond to changes in topography as residents move from the street to the interior courtyard.

The project will be built to the Energy Trust of Oregon’s ‘Best’ status.
