Alloy, Arts District High Rise Featured in Urbanize LA

The Arts District's first high rise is under construction at 520 Mateo Street in Los Angeles. Works Progress Architecture designed the smaller mid-rise structure and podium that connect with the 35-story tower at Alloy's center. 

The project features 475 live/work apartments, 105,000 sf of office space, 18,000 sf of ground level retail and restaurants, and a 650-stall parking garage.
