The Missouri Street Houses site features two 3-story townhouses with detached garages that each have an ADU above. The main residence features three floors of living space that include a rooftop master bedroom with ensuite bath and adjacent private deck. Every floor is exposed to abundant natural light through large windows and open areas.
The vertical design maximizes a narrow site footprint and accepts multiple outdoor decks for each home. The building massing is modular and mirrored for each unit, creating opposite layouts adding privacy to both homes.
High ceilings are finished with tongue and groove cedar and exposed Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) beams adding an overall aesthetic warmth to the interior.
