Miles Terrace

Miles Terrace is a four-story, 69-unit development made possible in part by the City of Vancouver’s Affordable Housing Fund (AHF). This public/private partnership development serves low-income community members ages 55+ with studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Amenities include 48 covered parking spaces, secure mail and storage, ground floor office space, social space, elevator service a community garden, covered and secure bike parking, a business center, café room and resident laundry facilities on each floor.
