The Starlight Grand Opening in Old Town

Central City Concern (CCC) celebrated the grand opening of The Starlight, a 100-unit new supportive housing project in the heart of Old Town targeted for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness. The project features many amenities, including culturally-specific services by CCC's own Imani and Karibu Centers, Flip the Script program, and a partnership with the Native American Rehabilitation Association (NARA). The Starlight was funded largely from the Portland Housing Bond, passed in 2016. You can read more about the project here.
