Harsch Investments, CEID
151 Alder and 7 SE Stark are a pair of workspace buildings located in the Central Eastside Industrial District of Portland (CEID) that occupy individual sites that were part of a former sprawling roofing supply company.
Each are purposeful, open frame buildings that maximize the allowable area for industrial workspace within the restrictions of the industrial sanctuary.
While each respond to its own adjacent context, the simple glazed structural frames maintain the fabric and ethos of the industrial structures in the district.
