Cathedral Park

We are excited to be working with Nathan Young of MODS, adapting a multifamily, prefab model to a new site in Cathedral Park.  Nathan is currently shipping and placing the prototype, a 7 unit, 4 “box” prefab on a nearby parcel.  We were asked to look at the prototype and adapt it to this next site, which has a nice view of the St. Johns Bridge and Forest Park across the river.  While learning the rules of prefab construction, we are trying to simply re-stack and shift the 4 boxes to site this new version in relation to entry frontage requirements to the north and the view to the south.
