Slate, located in Portland, Oregon, is a 10 story, mixed-use, transit-oriented development that earned LEED Gold certification in December 2016. Slate represents a cornerstone in the City’s efforts to revitalize the Burnside Bridgehead area with workspace and residential apartments close to the Central City.
