24 - Phase III Receives AIA Oregon Unbuilt Merit Award

24 – Phase III received a Merit Award in the Unbuilt Category at the 2022 AIA Oregon Architecture Awards Ceremony! It was so fun to be able to gather with our Oregon architectural community and celebrate design excellence!
Located in the San Fernando Valley, the 24-acre site is the former home of the Los Angeles Times printing facility, which was renovated within the first phase of the development into the headquarters of a LA-based entertainment company.
Further new construction consists of 2 separate multifamily buildings on 9.5 acres of the site, comprising of a total of 338 residential units and over 735,000 sf of building area featuring impressive community amenities. Heavy timber pavilions house additional public programs including an event hall, coworking space, theater, and a fitness center. Phase III encompasses the addition of a 1074 stall parking garage for both residents and employees of the entertainment company, wrapped by housing and gardens to conceal it.
