The proposed building use includes an open courtyard, lobby, gym, active residential amenity space, four townhouses, tuck under parking at grade, and 6 levels of residential units above. Additional amenity for the residents is dispersed throughout the building, with shared laundry at every-other floor and a kitchen and roof top deck located on the 7th floor.
