Milepost5

The Milepost5 project is a public/private development, converting an existing two block multiple structure facility into affordable artist housing units. The project will be executed in two phases, the first of which converts a 60's era hospital into 54 for sale artist live/work units by extensively renovating the existing structure and adding a new penthouse level on the roof. As a completed project, the Milepost5 complex will be a prototype for multi-discipline artist housing and the cornerstone of an entire self-contained arts community.
